COVID-19 has changed the way we work and live. While it has added incredible emotional burdens, stress, and anxiety, it has also presented us with powerful new ways to collaborate, connect, and create. Which version are you living today? The choice is yours.
I want to help you manifest abundance instead of being overtaken by fear. To best manifest your abundance mindset, you must believe it, practice it, and reflect on it. Like good health, you cannot earn this overnight. I encourage you to use these prompts as a five-day challenge, integrate them into your daily routine, or have an accountability partner who can reflect with you on your journey of creative resilience. In the end, you have the power to see abundance even when it may seem to be lacking. I cannot wait for you to experience that every day.
I’ve created this step-by-step toolkit that will strengthen your mindset and build creative resilience as you navigate the changing workplace. Click here to access our free resilience toolkit to help you navigate the uncertain times.
We do a lot of things, but at our core we are a creative education firm empowering leaders and companies to live more creatively. That’s why all our offerings and products are geared to build and unlock your creative mindset.
It’s different in both approach and focus. While design thinking is great for solving a known challenge, it does not necessarily help you learn how to think more creatively. Improv, another common approach to creativity, is great for shifting your energy, but it does not help you understand how to embed creativity into your routine. We saw that need and we wanted to find a solution.
That’s why all our offerings focus on how to build a creative mindset, how to sustain creative thinking, and how to make creativity a lifestyle and habit. Today 87% of professionals around the world are not satisfied at work. That’s a huge number of people who are feeling stuck and dissatisfied. We want to change that through creativity. Wouldn’t you want to live in a world where everyone was fulfilling their potential?
We pour our hearts into each and every program. We take your feedback seriously and we are always looking for new ways to make your experience empowering and exciting. We understand creativity is often seen as something non-tangible and difficult to evaluate, so we are here to make sure we deliver on your goals.
It is different because our interactive engagements and products are focused on building a creative mindset and impacting individuals in every area of their life. If the conventional way creativity is taught is effective, then why do so many people believe they are not creative and struggle to find ways to be creative at work?
As Carol Buchner and Maya Angelou say, “People may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” We take a holistic approach to engagements and focus on self-discovery and sustainable impact.
Our HQ is Washington, D.C., but we travel quite a lot!
We are a small but hard-working team of innovators from various industries. Some of our team members are on our site, but we certainly attribute our journey to many other individuals, mentors, fans, and friends who have been behind us to help make InnovatorsBox a movement.
We do what we do because we want to improve the way we work and live as a society. Most people spend over 80% of their time at work and many of them are highly stressed and even depressed. Why are we accepting this as the norm?
We are not only wasting everyone’s creative potential every second, but we’re stunting societal growth. We say creativity is important, but how are we acting on this belief? Each engagement we do, we think of this bigger picture. Each time someone thinks and learns how to be more creative, they are creating their own ripple effect in their communities.
We’ve been honored to help individuals and organizations unlock the power of creativity worldwide. Please see our Impact Report for additional information about our impact.
Details can vary, but all engagements include a 1:1 consultation with us, a customized program, InnovatorsBox products, and a highly interactive in-person session. See each service page to view additional details for workshops, speaking, facilitation, and consultation.
We get it, price is important and we want to help you plan as much as possible. Our offerings are all based on the following variables instead of the number of hours we spend preparing for your sessions. This way, we are flexible with the amount of time we spend with you as we solve your biggest challenges together. Our pricing variables include:
Travel and product costs are priced separately.
The earlier the better! We understand that no two customers are alike, so we spend time getting to know you and customizing a program that meets your goals. Once you have a date, budget, and audience in mind, let us know.
We may not know how to fly to Mars, but we do know how to make you and your audience see infinite possibilities in addressing your biggest challenges with creativity!
That being said, we want to be clear that we do not cover design thinking or improv sessions.
We don’t cover design thinking because our focus is different. While design thinking is a great problem-solving tool, it does not help you learn how to think more creatively. Instead, it is a prescriptive solution that is used for specific challenges. That doesn’t help solve the core issue at hand: how to be more creative every day. Furthermore, there is already a lot of amazing design thinking facilitators and workshop organizers. Our specialty and niche is how to build and unlock a creative mindset. If you’re looking for a design thinking solution, we will be delighted to refer you to other partners!
This lack of building a creative mindset is also why we do not do improv sessions.
Lots of positivity, new perspectives, self-awareness, and practical tools for creativity. No matter what the engagement is, we focus on providing a thoughtful experience for participants to walk away knowing:

Love that you are taking initiative on behalf of your team! We believe that when there’s a will, there’s a way.
Here are a few things that might help you in the process:
First, identify past meetings and events when your organization (or your school) has invited third parties like ours to help your team problem solve. Second, determine if your organization’s need is connected with creative thinking and coming up with innovative solutions. Third, explore what the budget and approval process looks like to host a program like this. Fourth, start a conversation with your organization to see what possible opportunities and timing might look like. And fifth, let us know what information you want from us to help convince your organization of the value in an InnovatorsBox program and why your initiative matters!
Still got questions? Reach out to us and we’ll talk.
