Rapid growth in technology has changed the way we’ll work and live forever. The way we’ve been educated and trained is not sufficient. The Future of Work’s biggest challenge is the accelerated gap in leadership and skills development. The World Economic Forum reported in 2020 that by 2025 40% of workers will require reskilling every 6 months or less and 94% of business leaders report that they expect their employees to pick up new skills on the job. That equates to 85 million jobs being displaced and 97 million new roles emerging. How will our workforce adapt? By rethinking, relearning, and unlearning. We believe the secret to reskilling and succeeding in our future workplace is grounded in creativity. To work differently, we must first learn how to think differently—and creatively. We built InnovatorsBox Academy based on year conducting in-person training, consulting, and speaking. Our goal is to make rethinking and evolving in the workplace doable, accessible, and fun though our learning tools, courses, books, and resources. There are  3.3 billion global workforces today.
